Vacuum Heat TreatingIn our commitment to business growth, pursuit of new opportunities and maintaining the quality of products and services we provide to our valued customers, UTITEC, Inc. has brought the secondary operation of Heat Treating in-house. With the two newly purchased IPSEN H2 heat treating furnaces we have the ability to reduce leadtimes on part availability and pass on cost-reductions to our valued customers. Both of these units are capable of 2400?F temperature and 2 Bar of vacuum with a Nitrogen backfill. The in-house Heat Treating process has also been added to the scope of both our Quality System certifications - ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008. Together, these improvements demonstrate UTITEC, Inc.'s execution of and commitment to its mission to be the preferred partner for our customers, capable of meeting challenging product, delivery and processing needs. |
