Utitec, Inc Acquires Veridiam Medical S.A. Establishing Local Presence in Costa Rica

WATERTOWN, CT, February 25, 2016 - Utitec, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Costa Rica-based Veridiam Medical S. A. under the new name Utitec Medical S. A. while maintaining their high quality processes for which they have been known for over 15 years. Utitec Medical S.A. is a state-of-the-art facility providing a wide range of services for precision machine parts in industries such as medical device, semiconductors, aerospace, electronics and general industry
The processes currently installed in the facility include Swiss Screw machining, laser cutting, CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, Wire EDM, EDM Drilling, electrolytic cutting, electrochemical etching, Nickel and Gold plating, solder coating, wire straightening, sand and bead blasting, tumbling, ultrasonic cleaning, citric and nitric passivation and computer assisted inspection.
